At SAS – Salon & Aesthetic Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to supplying high-quality salon, aesthetic, and clinic equipment. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item received is damaged or defective.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Used or installed equipment

• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse

• Clearance or specially discounted items (unless damaged on arrival)

Aesthetic Beds, Chairs & Machines

All beds, salon chairs, HydraFacial machines, laser machines, and other equipment are carefully inspected before dispatch. In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where applicable, warranty claims will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through:

• Bank Transfer

• Easypaisa

• JazzCash

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by SAS – Salon & Aesthetic Solutions.

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged if:

• An incorrect item was delivered.

• The item arrived damaged during transit.

• A verified manufacturing defect is identified.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
